Ashburton Physiotherapy and Pilates

I have been going to Ashburton Physiotherapy and Pilates for over 5 years. After a bad experience with a Chiropractor I went and saw Darren. He was exceptionally good at what he does and extremely professional.I recently twisted my ankle, very badly and Darren helped me treat the injury. He gave me great advice that helped speed up my recovery and I am now back at the gym 5 days a week after only 4 weeks of injury.If you have any doubts about which physiotherapist to choose in the Ashburton area I highly recommend Darren and his team. A first class practice. Excellent service, helpful, friendly, effective treatment. Would recommend any of the several physiotherapists I have seen after injury and for Pilates classes. Also commend the reception staff who are friendly welcoming and helpful.

I have been coming here once weekly for about 2 years now. It's fantastic! The instructors are friendly and very professional. I have seen a marked improvement in my strength and posture. The receptionists are always receptive and they are flexible and accommodating as well. I highly recommend this place. Gayle
