The best pedicure I’ve had. He was so meticulous with nail shape and colour perfection. The massage was so relaxing. Will definately travel 30 min again. Thank you so much!

I had an appointment this afternoon and my nail tech was prompt and on time. She filed my nails and on my pinky she split the skin in half with the file and took her about 10 minutes to notice despite the blood and only said a very short sorry". I then had my eyebrows tinted and wax which I will say was perfect shape and colour but my finger really hurt from the cut and I still have some throbbing pain. I wasn't necessary looking for a discount because of that however it would of been the professional thing in my opinion. I spent $95 overall which isn't too expensive

Just paid $45 for my nails to be filed to an inch of their life. The nail tech had no idea what he was doing and in hindsight I should have not paid for such a terrible job. I would not recommend this place at all.

Anna and Ellen do a fabulous job. My mum travels all the way from Donvale just to see them (45 minutes)

I never write reviews and I don’t know what was happening a few months ago for this business … but I just have to share that my experience was fantastic. I just received the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had! The manicure (shellac) still looked the same after the following day’s flat-pack-building and my pedicure made my toes look and feel gorgeous. Thank you Ellen! I am a very satisfied customer :)

I had SNS with tips done here a few weeks ago and after I got my nails taken off, the staff wouldn't work on me as I'm confident this place gave me a fungus infection (hidden by the SNS). I'm pretty angry, but I know they minimize the chances of this, however it still happened.

Had a manicure and a polish using normal nail polish. Just a few minutes after leaving the salon the polish was coming off - it was soft. Worst job ever won’t go back

Sad to see how this business has gone down hill in service and price I will not be going back, the price they display in there website is not what they charge not to mention the poor quality they now provide!!I even question if they have qualified nail technicians and sanitising knowledge.

I went and got my nails done last night, To say I am happy is a understatement. Ellen that done my nails she was great. She did exactly what i asked for and was friendly as were the other staff. I have found my place to go.

Got my gf a gift certificate for nails for Christmas she had problems with the nail application and asked them to be removed the technician removed the nails and would not give a refund as she said it took time to try and fix and it was not good for her schedule. I tried to explain it does not matter of the job is bad and caused damage and she said she would not refund and did not want to talk any further. Waste of money and time for everyone.
