Bimbadgen Palmers Lane Weddings and Functions Venue

Best place for a wedding. The venue closes down to the public, when there is a wedding on. Really like the different areas that you could get married at, out under the trees, or by the lake or undercover. Tables could be round or long. Excellent set up.

If I could give Bimbadgen more than 5 stars I would! I am so thrilled by our experience with them - from having wedding dates constantly push (due to pandemic) to floor plans changing constantly, Caitlin and the team were patient, attentive and responsive. We would have our constant back and forth emails answered within 24 hours, and they thought of things that we even missed.When it came to the food - it was beyond delicious, all my guests had great things to say. The ceremony locations are so beautiful that even the wet weather option (the pergola) we used was just as pretty as our original outdoor location.On the day, Caitlin and the team brought canapes to us and made sure that while we were off taking photos, we were well looked after and fed. We couldn't be happier that we chose Bimbadgen as the place to get married!

Great experience as a wedding venue. Guy with the red hair handing out food (possibly named Nathan) was a legend. Awesome band did a great cover of Gravity by John Mayer. The portuguese translators were amazing.

Lovely wedding venue that can host ceremony, photos and reception all onsite. Great having an undercover ceremony option also! If there’s a good sunset going, Bimbadgen is the best place in Pokolbin to view it from.

Amazing venue, Amazing team, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect place for our wedding! We were married at the mountain view two location, and what a spectacular view! Our guests were raving about the delicious food, and all the staff on the night were fantastic! The lovely girls from the Bimbadgen functions team were so helpful the whole journey leading up to the wedding, very organised and nothing was too much trouble! A massive thank you to the team for helping us make our day so perfect <3

The most beautiful wedding venue!! With the most amazing people behind it. I had the pleasure of having my wedding here a few days ago and it did not disappoint.The multiple ceremony locations to chose from is a fantastic selling point! Being able to use the indoor and outdoor space was the best for places of the guests to mingle at their tables, dance floor or outside for some quiet (right near the bar haha)Great communication, great food and beverages and incredible views.

At the start of the year I toured this facility, and Mel the wedding co-ordinator was absolutely incredible. Definitely passionate about her job. Stunning location.Only thing I would change, is maybe the other staff could maybe look more approachable.If Mel is there when we are ready to book, she will definitely have our business. Good work.

I have photographed heaps of weddings at Bimbadgen Palmers Lane and it is without a doubt, one of my very favourite wedding venues in the Hunter Valley.It is purpose built for weddings and they do them really really well. Wedding ceremony locations are beautiful and the reception space is great. But from a wedding photographers point of view, the location is what it is all about for me. Water and vines on one side, and mountains and more vines on the other. It's a photographers dream. Great venue where you are pretty much guaranteed beautiful photos. Highly recommend!

I provided my photo booth services for a wedding last week, I have never seen a more stunning wedding venue! Everything about this venue portrays elegance, from the view to the beautifully laid table scape. The food was exceptional and the staff were very professional and friendly.
