Giving them 2 stars as this place use to be our go to for anything pet related for our bearded dragon- food, tanks, accessories, etc as it’s one of the nearest pet shops around our area and they used to be really good and have stock all the time especially food for bearded dragon but lately it’s a hit and miss when we go there. Went here a couple of times to ask if they have woodies and they didn’t have any and was told they are getting woodies in a day or so but when i rang up they said it’s sold out already but only came in a couple of days and won’t be getting any anytime soon until possibly the next year due to shortage. Even crickets they only have them in small or medium sizes most of the times but seems to ran out of large ones most times. Rang the other pet shop and drove half an hour instead to try and get food for our beardie before the public holidays when the shops are closed but it was all worth it and I was impressed as the other pet shop actually have heaps of woodies and crickets stock in their shop and comes in different sizes.

I got 2 pet rats from there, and they are adorable. They also have a supply of toys and pet food.

Great pet shop, particularly for reptiles. Bought a lizard here, and the advice, assistance, after service, food and boarding services from here have been fantastic. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Store has a great range of products. Would highly recommend.

Over the last few weeks i have been looking for a albino python for my self and children. After going to a fair few pet shops around Adelaide i messaged pets everywhere on facebook. I got a reply extremely quickly for the holiday season and had all my questions answered. But still with my mind not made up on who i was going to by from i went down for a look. After speaking with amy for a bit about snakes and there needs i was sold. Not only on the snake but her passion and knowledge of reptiles. Not once did i feel pressured into buying anything i didnt need. Not only that but amy didnt try sell me the most expensive of things i needed. Now my children are in love with snakes and lizards and i wont go anywhere elts other than pets everywhere for our reptile needs. And i will 100% recommend this store to everyone and anyone looking for a new pet.Thanks again amy. Keep up the brilliant work

Has much more variety of stock than the big chain stores. Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful shop.

I bought my first danger noodle from here. They have been very supportive and have always been willing to give advice, when needed. They appear to be genuinely concerned about the health of your pet and how you are managing with them, once you get them home. They were so supportive with bringing my new snake to get a vet check and weren't afraid for me to select who I wanted to see the snake. They even made the appointment for a time when I could be there, too, so I was involved and was able to confirm it was my snake they were checking. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reptilian comrade.

Really great shop! Amazing range of products and animals for all, friendly staff and impressive reptile selection! The animals look very happy (and photogenic too!). Definately recommend, will be back!
