Brown Gouge

Gave them an important jacket that I needed for an event, got told I’d have it the next day and they didn’t come through. The next day they sent me a text saying that they have it ready, arrived to pick it up about 20 minutes an till closing time and they where shut. Now I’ll be missing an important event.

Not a big fan of leaving negative reviews for anyone but Couple of years ago I gave my Burberry trench to them for dry cleaning and they didn’t cover the leather buckles on the cuffs and the belt and it stained all over the coat and they didn’t take any responsibility for it; they said it was my responsibility to let them know its leather. Still they ruined 5k coat. I am still disappointed.

In traffic and called at 5:20pm (09/04) to check closing time. Told 5:30pm (website says 7:00pm) - great. I told staff member that I’d be there in under 10 minutes as I was not able to make Saturday morning. Arrive at door at 5:26pm to find place locked up like Fort Knox. Thanks letting me know you were going to shut earlier than advised - even after calling. Pleased I busted my gut to get there before 5:30 - especially as a prepaid customer of several years. Not happy

They said they would have my suit ready by Friday and then when I called them on Friday they said they would have it by 4.Know they closed at 6 I arrived at 5:20 to find a hand written note saying they decided to close at 5 and sorry for the inconvenience"."

They ruined my thousand-dollar down jacket! Brought the jacket in for dry cleaning and when it came back all the down had clumped together!

GOOD QUALITY DRYCLEANER IN NORTH MELBOURNEService is polite and they have a good SMS system to let yoiu know when your clothes are ready to collect.A little known sectret is that there is a free" carpark in the carparking bay tucked in between Victoria nd Errol Streets - just enough time to pop in and deposit / collect your clothes :)"

i had brought my item in to be dry cleaned on friday and asked for the earliest pick up time available, preferably the following monday after the weekend. i explained that i definitely need the item back by tuesday morning at latest and the staff member reassured me that i'll definitely have it by monday morning. come monday noon (today) and i hadn't received a call or notification for pick up so i called them myself. the staff member informed me that my item had just been processed for dry clean THIS morning. she then forwarded me to speak with the boss and he informed me that the earliest time for me to pick up my item would be by 3pm tomorrow". absolutely ridiculous."

Service is polite and they let you know when your clothes are ready to collect. Good results and reasonable price.
