Bought a heritage style screen door May 2021 paid $1040. Somehow the mesh has been pushed through the frame buckling the mesh screen from the outside in. Called on site security doors who fitted the door and they re-attended took the door off and mended the screen. I was impressed with their prompt response until I was charged $100. You don’t pay that sort of money for a door to have to be repaired 12 months later. I thought I was paying for quality? Absolutely disappointing service or lack there of.I never stated my dogs don’t go out the front just that I don’t leave them out the front unattended. The damage was from the outside and not caused by my dogs. Your lack of responsibility equals the quality of your workmanship.Your reviews speak for themselves. 1 star at best.
