Amazing staff and really organised place but useless dentist!! I filled one of my tooth here and it stills hurts to this day. I can’t bite anything on it. I definitely don’t recommend this please.

Dentist was great. It was unfortunate to have to deal with the very arrogant, passive aggressive receptionist. How ever capable at their job, their people skills were deserving of 1 star. Perhaps they should do some crash course training on interaction with the public.

Really pleased with the service I took my two daughters for the first time, they got to see Rabia who was professional but super friendly!! I highly recommend her!! Also a huge thank you to Karen on reception for being super helpful and friendly, we'll definitely be back.

Ed and the team are fantastic to deal with; professional, friendly and caring. Karen was great with her communication and flexibility with bookings. With lots of things to get done, the whole process from start to finish was easy and painless. I highly recommend Woodgrove Dental!

I highly recommend woodgrove dental because i had the best experience in here since the first day i called them to ask for information. Dr Edwin was diagnosing my dental problem and explaining everything very well and picked up all the problem which i never knew i had. At the start i was a bit nervous with all this treatments for sure it will cost a lot, the receptionist lady ‘Karen’ explaining about the dental payment plan, which gave me huge relief and for sure it works best for me. I had my treatments done for teeth with Dr Edwin, gum treatment with Rabia (she is so nice and always smiling and explaining everything and gives great advice on how to maintain gum health). They both so professional and it fixed all my teeth and gum problems. Thanks to the receptionist ladies Karen and Vanessa, as i have 18 months old toddler, they offering me to help looking after my son when i had the treatment done as i got no one to look after him at home. Also thanks for Dr Edwin assistant Hua/Wang (sorry i cant spell the name right) for always helping me while i was doing my treatments and making sure i am comfortable. They give 5 star customer service!! Thank you

Was very anxious about my appointment as i don't regularly go to the dentist often but Edwin and Karen made my experience very pleasant and smooth, would highly recommend them lovely people.
