Carli helped us plan our trip of a lifetime to the USA. Nothing was too much trouble for Carli. I’m really fussy about accomodation and spent a lot of time emailing or texting Carli for feedback on our choices . She always responded quickly and offered very helpful feedback. Nothing was to much trouble. We had one flight delayed by several hours and when we got to our hotel Carli had emailed them and asked them to give us an earlier check in as we had missed a nights sleep. We really appreciated that level of care. I also had a special birthday whilst I was in New York and Carli let the hotel know and we were upgraded which was really lovely and unexpected .
