Caltex Wynnum West

This place is basically the cheapest in Wynnum. The staff there are great and always friendly. I have never had a problem with their fuel ever. So yep, great prices, great service and well worth the visit even if you are from the other side of Wynnum.

Physically abused by the staff yesterday. I left shaking by the experience and it almost caused an accident for me with my arthritic hands. I have been buying fuel for both motor scooter and car past 8 months at your store. Never a problem with wearing an open faced helmet while pumping petrol or in entering the shop to pay. I wear hi viz orange helmet and jacket. The shop attendant came out of the store yelling at me to remove my helmet before I pumped the fuel. I replaced the pump, bought my $8 of fuel at another station.Seriously, do you train your staff to attack elderly customers, I’m 67, before they buy your product, because of some outdated rule of removing helmets. What do you do with burka and covid face mask wearers?Would I give up my freedom and professional corporate identity by stealing $8 of fuel????Hope my message serves as feedback to the licensee because their staff behaviour is totally inappropriate and unacceptable!!!

Have been here a few times, and there has been consistent unprofessional conduct from staff. E.g. Staff swearing amongst themselves and ignoring my need for assistance. On another occasion, a staff member who was stocking shelves was upset that I didn't greet her first when I walked in. Try learning some basic customer service skills. Won't return.

Stopped to fuel up for a road trip. Have gotten good mileage and no issues. Staff member was friendly and accommodated multiple transactions for separate fuel purchase. Also was pleasantly surprised at the clean bathroom. Much appreciated team!

I have been going to this fuel station for 20 years,the customer service is kind and friendly,except one employee that works on Wensday night.This person likes conflict even though l spend over 120 dollars a fortnight.l will be making formal complaint about this,as l said the rest of employees are and very friendly.

Worse customer service from staff that don’t know how to speak to customers or have any knowledge of large diesels with turbo timers. Made no attempt to touch bowser while car idling down and turning off, to have the attendant yell from the doorway to turn my off. While getting told to turn car off, the turbo timer turned the car as I was explaining to the attendant who then stormed back inside. Could have been handled a lot better by attendant in a more pleasant manner

The staff were polite to the customers, that's a good thing. The store was very clean so good on you for a very tidy store .
