When the head on my Ford Focus decided to call it quits recently, I called a number of workshops around Perth but to no avail. No one wanted to take on the job, some were rather blunt and that also included two Ford dealerships. Ian at Autobahn was willing to take on the job and was realistic and upfront about the costs and time frame to get the job done. I was kept informed throughout the process and cant speak highly enough of the service I received. Thankyou to the team at Autobahn Balcatta.

My car electrics were having issues so I gave the guys at Auto Bahn Balcatta a call. Super friendly over the phone and allowed me to bring my car in that afternoon to run diagnostics on it to see if there were any fault codes. Although it was close to closing time, the team were so patient and thoroughly checked my car for any faults and then when there weren’t any, referred me onto a specialist company who could assist. There was a colouring in table to entertain my little guy while we waited and best of all they didn’t charge me for the check. Old fashioned customer service from just really kind, good people. Thank you so much. So glad I choose to service my car with this excellent team.

We have used this business for many years but our recent experience means we will not be back. We took our Kia in for a regular service (no issues) and picked it up with a poorly adjusted handbrake and white smoke every time we started it. We returned it to Autobahn and they shrugged their shoulders, saying the engine was old. We then took it to Kia, who sorted it out.

I am very satisfied. I highly recommend this place.I had visited 5 mechanics previously ( even my car's dealer that was another waste of time and money, since the problem persisted and only got from them a bunch of excuses. Ian checked my car thoroughly found the problem and fixed it. So my car is running well since. Moreover he called me a week later to check that everything was running as it should. Excellent customer servive !!!
