Professional and friendly service from all the staff . Cannot rate them highly enough .All my dry cleaning needs clothing and household comes out fantastic never disappointed. All my alterations are done here and to a high standard . Great bunch of Gals ready to help. Hit ‘em up you’ll be glad you did !

Went to the KC Dry Cleaners Toombul store on Tuesday 26/04/2022 at 3pm to take my Quilt in to be Dry Cleaned. Walked as on the door it says open. No one at the counter. Then a woman (It sounded like she had a European accent) came out told me rudely it was her lunch break. I looked at my watch and said it was 3 o'clock in the afternoon. She in return told me to go away as she was eating her lunch. She said rudely that I could leave my blanket" on the counter and come back in 15 minutes. She was more interested in having her lunch than spending a few minutes with me to take my details and accept my quilt for dry cleaning. This is not customer service. I walked out upset and to my quilt with me. I used my mobile to Google if there was another Dry Cleaner near me and found one at Kent St Wooloowin. So I went to that store. I was welcome by Yvonne who was very polite and I told her of my experience with the Toombul store and asked where I could put my complaint. She gave me a card. Although it was for Wooloowin

The girls on front desk were terrific. Can't say the same for the dry cleaning division (off site) as they had my items for 3 months and still HADN'T done them, the manager couldn't even bother to respond to the girls enquiries on my behalf. Will go to dry cleaners who will do them and not hold them for 3 months and not do them. If I could I wouldn't have even given them 1 star. DISGUSTING BUSINESS ETHICS!!!

A brilliant job was done to remove a stain the size of a brooch on the lapel of my white dinner suite jacket.(made be my mum) it’s perfect!!! It’s a SIX star job

Dropped off my doona for stain removal and dry-cleaning in June - still haven't got it back. Am ringing today to request an immediate return - clean or not. I'm just going to try and clean it myself. :( Kept getting excuses and being fobbed off - 'Oh we're so busy because of the floods', 'Oh our staff have left', 'It's not lost - I'll chase it up and call you back'. (No call back). Honestly, you are better off throwing it in an industrial washer and dryer at a laundromat, rather than waiting 4 months for something to be cleaned! In the end we just bought a new doona.

Amanda was very helpful. Great service, as always.

Shop, not open at advertised time. Wasted trip to Toombul to claim completed work from them.
