Big well stocked store, let down by the sales staff.Always seems to be under staffed or maybe they are hiding out the back avoiding customers.I’ve bought from here a couple of times and it’s always the staff that have let the experience down.

Bought a steam mop online (online only) because website said stock in store. Website said pick up in an hour. No, no stock in store. Awaiting shipment from supplier. Hopeless. Will shop at Bing Lee next time.

I bought a breville air rounder connect on clearance sale, it just had a small dent, and the salesperson mentioned its brand new because it had a dent they are putting it on clearance, but when i took it home and connect it through mobile app becuase it is an smart heater, on the app it was showing 65 days left for filter change but the new one comes with 95 days at the start, that means it was used by other customers for more than a month and they returned it and but the store was selling it by saying brand new, thankgod i was able ti notice it due to that mobile appSo bad don’t recommend anyone to go over goodguys 0 star

Just returned a faulty TV on boxing day, and was expecting (justifyably) a long wait & delays in getting things looked at due to the sales that were on & the holidays. We were looked after by Seth, and he & the team were just awesome. They had us taken care of & on our way with a replacement in under an hour. I can't rate their level of customer service high enough - you've made our day :D

The experience was horrible. Took over an hour for a salesman to approach us on what we needed. Said there was one in store go to the side, went there another man said there wasn’t one. Waited even longer to see what was happening. Waited 3 weeks for delivery. Delivery people didn’t help at all and said couldn’t fit it in. But we got it in within less than 20mins using two people, didn’t have to dissemble any doors or anything. There was no care or interest shown from people on the phone, people in stores and delivery. Considering purchases was $2,000 staff should have shown more customer service and professionalism.

I was just shopping for a small TV but the service was very bad. I saw a blonde male worker berating an old man for wanting to buy a cheap tv. In short I will be taking my business elsewhere (Officeworks, heard Lexi was super good).

Best customer service ever! We had some trouble with our fryer which was bought 3 months back, we went to store and came back with new fryer! There was no hassle at all. They acknowledge our issue and were happy to help us. THE GOOD GUYS store In Belconnen is the BEST.

Great price and store service.... DO NOT get the free install for your TV, just pay the extra to have this done professionally. The guy came to install complained all the way through the job about how little he was being paid, was in a HURRY and wanted to charge $99 to pull the new power lead (As this was longer, andhe wanted to leave the old one there) through the existing cable run in the wall from the old TV install.. we ended up paying $55 for this 2 minute job... :(He also left all the rubbish here and did not even clean up the mess he made on the floor nor did he offer to!!!We had everything ready for this moved all surrounding furniture, he literally just had to remove old wall bracket, put new one on we helped with the TV as he was on his own, just complained and spoke at 100 miles an hour the whole job and after we paid the extra money simply left whilst talking on his mobile... CYA!!!

I bought a Frankie sink and tap package and after opening it I realised it that was returned and missing parts. Brought it back and the manager, Owen, gave me a return experience I’ve never had. Owen went above and beyond by finding the last product in the store when I was told there were none left. He also even checked that all the parts were closed and inside the box and helped load the product into my car. Owen was a pleasure to deal with.

I have been calling Goodguys regarding the Tv I purchased from them, which is still under warranty, and every time I call, they say someone will contact me back in a few hours, which never happens. It's been a month now since I first called them. I called today and got the same reply. I am trying to figure out what to do next.
