Very supportive and genuinely caring service. Office / admin related staff very efficient. We’ve experienced high turnover in cleaners, so mum has had to go through expectations a few times (not ideal) though understand this can occur due to the nature of the work. Would recommend The Salvation Army for care support.

Office staff have been very helpful and communication has been great. Only problem is cleaning staff keep changing due to personal reason such as - found a new job, commenced studying etcOtherwise cleaning staff have reliable and completed tasks to standard. We will keep using them .
