Despite the reviews I actually find the owners of this branch very helpful and friendly. I actually drive further to this branch as they are much more friendly that my closer branch at Petrie or Warner.The owner Gary and his wife have often helped me save money with my posting and are more than happy to have a chat.There may be a bit of a wait depending on how busy the store is as they do not hire anybody and operate everything on their own. It is only a small branch but always have what I need and I have built a great rapport with them.

Have had parcels delivered here as we are full time nomads. The owners were great and extremely helpful. Explained to me features of my Post app in choosing a delivery location that I wasn't aware of. Thanks heaps from Karen.

My local so sometimes I have to go here. Generally speaking the wife is ok most days. The husband, older man is always rude, gruff, unhelpful. I hate having to go to this post office when I miss a delivery. It costs nothing to be nice.., update! new owners are very nice and warm and easy to talk to. It's much better now

Friendly guy behind the counter. Quick efficient service. I get all my parcels delivered here now. Less of a wait than at the post office in Warner.

Went into Lawnton PO today to send some Xmas presents back home to Perth to our family and the bloke there as a legend. I was super stressed and overwhelmed due to the size of one of the presents and the cost to actually send it. After some running around to try find a box to fit what we needed to post, the bloke at Lawnton went to a nearby shop and got a spare laptop/TV box and helped me package all my presents into the 1 box. He then assisted us with sending it all together to 1. Cut the cost down dramatically and 2. Make sure it arrived home in Perth in time. Absolute ripper. Thanks again mate, super appreciate it.

Anything that requires talking to a robot on the phone because they don't employ sufficient staff to deal with phone enquiries, simply means I'm going to irritate you by coming into the branch to ask my question instead. When will these blue chips understand we all despise having to shout our business into the phone? It doesn't work! Answer the phones!
