OMGoodnesa. I cannot believe how amazing my oven looks. But importantly, how dirty my oven was before the clean. I wish I had taken a before photo, so everyone can see the amazing end results.Thank you for coming out and doing such a wonderful job. Beyond appalling. If I could give a zero rating, I would. When booking, I made it very clear I have a car spot to my apartment. For reasons beyond me, the driver drove off after seeing on-street parking was limited. He didn't even ring me first and the company still charged me in full for the service.I rang Consumer Affairs Victoria who said this company is in breach of Australian Consumer Law because driving off and retaining full pay is not delivering services with due care and skill". No services were delivered. Consumer Affairs have suggested I take legal action and made recommendations.It's a shame. Fantastic Services in NSW lives up to its' name - they're fantastic. We used (not so) Fantastic Cleaners for a commercial clean for our not for profit kitchen. An on site inspection was performed and a quote was provided after four days, even though we were told it would take 48 hours. After two follow up requests an invoice was sent and we were inundated with auto messages for payment on a daily basis. The clean was terrible and never fully completed and did not pass the Health Officer’s inspection. When following up with our dissatisfaction, we were told that they had under quoted and to finish the work an additional fee would be charged. As a not for profit every dollar counts. If they would do this to an organisation trying to help the community, I can only imagine what they would do to private or commercial clients.Completely unacceptable service.

A gentleman named Imran was chosen by Fantastic Cleaners to face the ultimate challenge: an absolutely filthy carpet. Honestly, I didn't even think it was possible to clean this carpet at all. It was more filth than fabric at this point. I hired Fantastic Cleaners out of an idle curiosity of what would happen if we even tried to clean it.Just merely accepting this job means they're worthy of 5 stars. It's not easy to face such a horrifying job head on. But Imran was not deterred by this Sisyphean task and dived in and achieved results far beyond my expectations!Highly recommend. Easy to book, punctual to a tee, fast results.

We used this service for an end of lease clean. They charged us a different price than originally quoted, charged us an additional fee for a “membership” that we did not agree to, and then they charged us again for no reason at all. We’ve called no less than 10 times to try and resolve this to no avail. In one call, they acknowledged that we had been charged incorrectly but have not rectified this and will not take or return calls. They also still refuse to cancel/refund the membership we never wanted even though we will not use it as we have no further bookings.On top of all this, the clean itself was bad. The walls and floors were not done despite us asking for these things specifically. In the end we did it ourselves and were able to remove all the marks with some disinfectant wipes.DO NOT use this cleaner, based on our experience with repeated unexplained charges I will be reporting them to consumer affairs.

We just moved into our new home and had our oven, stove top and extractor cleaned less than 24 hours after booking online. It feels great having a fully clean oven! Thank you

We booked Frank to come & clean our multi oven. He was able to come within a couple of days of booking the service at a time that suited me. He was on time, very professional. He has restored my ovens to new. I would recommend him.
