Great experience ordering 4090 Neptune, Jerry helped with questions before launch and kept me updated. 4090 arrived sooner than predicted and was packaged well to prevent damage, shipped from WA to me in QLD, can not recommend highly enough!

I initially had some hesitations that this might not have been a legitimate store - being from interstate and being asked to send money via direct debit before product was sent out. Doing some research into the company, store front and then presence across platforms such as Amazon - I was comfortable enough and processed the order.Jerry was very responsive, and shipped the product immediately with the appropriate express post tracking.The pricing was easily the best available in the market.Would recommend as a seller - will shop here again - thank you!

Exceptional customer service. Jerry goes extra miles for troubleshooting my desktop, which was not working. He tested the parts to pin point the broken part and replaced with a new CPU and my desktop is running like a champion again.He always thinks for the customer and provides the budget solution for us in order to save our money.My desktop gets replacement part and gets back running again. I will definitely go to “I game computer “ and Jerry again when The desktop needs upgrade. He is a trust worthy man.
