From the moment Karin answered the phone to Richard fitting my security screen door on the weekend they were amazing to deal with!!! Everything was done over the phone and via email

Really disappointed with a recent interaction I had with this business. I needed a screen door repaired. At first the lady who answered the phone was quite helpful, but then she put the phone down to ask a question of a colleague and I could hear him yelling at her on the background. She then told me that they wouldn't come out and do a quote, they would give me a price over the phone and I could take it or leave it. I responded that this was acceptable, provided that they guaranteed the price quoted to me over the phone. The lady on the phone told me that they could not guarantee the quote despite the fact that they also refused to view the job before they quoted. In other words, they wanted me to agree to a quote site unseen, and then also agree to pay any additional charges if when they viewed the job they formed the view that they had underquoted. As a result of my outrageous request for an inspection and quote and some certainty around price, she said We aren't the company for you" and hung up the phone. Absolute lunacy

This seems to be a family-run business that provides good old fashioned service. They have prompt communication, arrive when they say they will, do a fabulous job with the products and installation, and their prices are very good in comparison to the big businesses. I am so happy with my new front door and the service I received from Nepean Valley Security Doors.
