Pelican have been fantastic. We needed pallets of tiles picked up from Gosford and delivered into our garage at Newcastle. We had excellent communication before, during and after our delivery and knew the ETA for both pick up and delivery. I would absolutely use them again and have no hesitation to recommend their platinum service at very reasonable rates.
