It opens early in the morning at 7am, pick a number and wait your turn. Friendly staff, easy to deal with and caters for pensioners very well.

Don't bother going less than an hour before closing time. They work until they knock off so you might miss out and end up waiting for nothing. Also work a bit slower than other WDPs. Wish more opened on Sundays.

Ticket system not very good. 1-20 and 1 starts again. Anyone comes in between for second batch gets confused with same number.

Needs more signage. We walked all the way around the building before calling for directions. FYI enter the doctors waiting room. Turn left into waiting room labelled physio, xray, dental. Turn right to the hallway labelled pathology treatment. Take a number and don't wander far coz these ladies work quickly!

I went here this morning to get my bloods done. When I got there at 7:30am centre was still closed. This is very unprofessional and waste of other peoples time. As there were many people who stated they have been waiting since 7am. If you were not going to open on time as stated why would you print this opening hours times and stick it in the door????????????

Prepare for looooong waits. Each patient takes about 20-30mins. If there's a long queue and it's 1hr before closing time, don't bother queuing because they will just turn you down when it's your turn. I don't understand the hold-up because the phlebotomists are competent and quite efficient. So just make sure you go there early.
