Tickled Pink Kids Fotos

Got roped into doing a spontaneous photo session while at HighPoint shopping centre, which is over an hour away from where I live. We paid $38 on the day to get magnets and key chains sent to us and as we were unable to come back and pick up the photos or do a viewing session before purchasing, we were told we’d get them sent out to us to pick which ones we wanted. After several emails and phone calls, I’ve only just received a piece of paper in the email with 8 little photos on it and another ‘specials’ page asking $100 a photo or $420 for a couple of little photos and disc at least 4 months later. Yet again after trying to call them to complain or see if there’s any other package alternatives, no response. Absolutely appalling. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

Let the kids change clothes in public with no curtain, far away I still see some people keep looking at them, don't know they use camera from a far or not, the quality of photos too bad, ridiculous price, not worth at all, feel like be cheated. Not recommend.

Nice photos but worst and rude staff. I had very bad experience with staff lady who is bit fat and boy cut hair in Werribee plaza on Thursday afternoon around 1:00 - 1:30 pm. She said u can go and don’t comeback. I’ll never go there again stop others as well. If owner of it not train their staff specially how to talk with customers then their business will shut very soon.

Very bad place with very rude staff. I was told before the session that the photos will be sent to me by mail. After a month and a half, they have not sent them yet, and when I called them, they said that they may" send them in 2-3 weeks.When I tried to pick them up

Absolutely terrible! We paid good money ($460 to be precise!) to get the images on CD and we got pics including their photographers head and backside! When I complained and asked them to redo it, I get told every business has good and bad photographers"!! Don't waste your money

Absolutely horrible!!! They only give you 7 shots to choose from and not only were they everything I DIDN'T ask for (I was very specific) my hand was in one of them. Spoke to a manager" who clearly wasn't interested in helping me

Was not impressed with the quality of the images. When taking the photos the staff were lovely but when picking up the photos the lady that was serving me was so rude and was trying to force me to buy the photos even though my little one was not even smiling in them.A package that apparently cost $300 she tried to sell for a $100 and acting like she was doing me a favour. So very unimpressed and would not recommend them.Go to a professional photographer in a studio that will take care of you and treat you properly and focus on taking the best photos of your little bub. Lesson learnt!

Extremely disappointed & genuinely upset with the outcome of the pictures taken of my daughter. I was not told that the pictures would be printed / taken with different coloured back drops. Having a bright green / blue / pink back drop really ruined the pictures. Walked away with 2 different photos instead of the whole package - which was still quite expensive for what I got. I feel like the company didn't listen to what I was after when I first went there to have the pictures taken. Definitly wouldn't recommend!

Don't waste your money here. First, photographer is very unprofessional all the pictures are in very bad quality of materials. Second, I paid $38 for 3 magnet photos and 2 keychains only, nothing else. When I pick it up, they print all size of photos for 6 sets without my permission and ask me to pay $380 for all of those photos and keep bargain to force me buying it or I feel so bad.I refused to pay because that is not what I bought, and of course all my child's photos were trashed in the bin.These people they make money from using parents love for there kids. Disgusting!
