I can highly recommend Des - the advice I received was thorough and unrushed, with an explanation of why the proposed split represents the best approach for my particular circumstances going forward. The subsequent implementation of the plan was smooth, with very little effort/intervention required on my part (which was very helpful, as time is something I do not have a lot of).
