Terrible company to deal with. Have been waiting for a product which was ment to come april, rescheduled to June. Had to pay for delivery, was given a set delivery time which I rescheduled my day for and it never arrived. Tried to contact the company to get clarification and no one was available, phone line rang out. It's an absolute joke for a service... Who knows when I'll actually get our product.Update; spoke with dispatch, the delivery driver knocked off early so didn't bother to deliver my items in the agreed time frame. Won't find out until Tuesday (5 days later) until when I'll receive my item. Do not use this company, customer service does not exist.Edit: Dear Nick Scali, I am not John as per your reply below...

Very misleading sales pitch stating to hurry as sale prices ended at end of weekend resulting in a purchase by myself and my wife only to receive a Nick Scali newsletter on the following Monday morning with a new sale price list which was cheaper than what we paid just 2 days prior. Touched base with manager at Jandakot store was told would be called back but didn't hear back, had to chase myself. All that was offered was a 50% store credit for a future purchase (coercing to spend more in future) rather than settling the difference which we feel was a reasonable expectation given the short time between placing the order and the price dropping. Highly likely that this will be our first and last experience at Nick Scali. Real shame but dishonesty and being misled is something that we certainly do not appreciate!***UPDATE*** Deal with this mob at your own discretion. Was told would be emailed future purchase voucher on 2 occasions a week ago in light of better sale price following purchase. Nothing received to date. Called back only to be told this was never the case and that no notes" attached to order to suggest this. Was told would be called back

I loved the sofas in this store but will never buy one. I found the customer service appalling. I was ignored on 3 separate occasions by the same member of staff who was more interested in the contents of her phone than finding out if I needed her help. Even after requesting a tape measure from her colleague, who was busy with another customer, she made no attempt to move, though she did look up from her phone. I bought two lovely sofas from a rival store the same day and after reading other reviews about this company I feel I have dodged a bullet. Thank you shocking sales assistant!

Just bought a new dining room set. Dealt with Peter in store at Cockburn Central. He was awesome to deal with and went the extra mile to make sure prompt delivery occurs in time for a pre arranged dinner party. Great service Peter thank you very much!

Worst company ever!!!!Do not buy from here if you want ur items at all!They products are not the issue here. The customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with.Don’t ever expect your item to be delivered either, booked WEEKS in advance, spoke to the team on the day each time AND still never got my item/s delivered. Obviously couldn’t get into contact with anyone either… took about 2 weeks for a reply. Or for anyone that knew what had happened!Be prepared for them to break your stuff MULTIPLE times!!! Be prepared for them to take MONTHS for a refund.Be prepared for them to CHARGE u for the delivery of an item that was NEVER delivered. TILL this day I still have no refund for it, and have been trying to follow up for weeks.I sent an email to them directly with my issues and NO reply from anyone.I am literally sitting here right now waiting for my last item to be delivered that was supposed to be here two weeks ago, that was rescheduled to today at 11AM, it is now 3.18pm.*UPDATE* they never came, the office told me they’d call me back in 10 minutes. No one’s called me. The office is now closed.Seriously do not buy from here!

Spent a considerable amount of money on furniture from Nick Scali Cockburn a couple months ago.We were due to have the furniture delivered today 14/02/23. However, upon a call to the warehouse team. They made 3 excuses as to why it was going to be a week late.Missing item 1x chairWarehouse is closedThere was an error in the systemWhen I asked for some details in writing, they refused and said they don’t do that.We have removed all furniture we have for the items coming with a home open and photography this weekend. Absolutely abysmal service over the phone.There is no line direct to the Cockburn store, I was transferred from “main customer service line” to Hobart…Once they get their sale, nothing else matters.Taking a huge loss in time trying to sell a house due to this “error in the system”. No one tried to rectify this for us.

Bought a new couch on boxing day 2021 and it was delivered at the end of May 2022. We were told it would take up to 20 weeks for delivery so no real issues there. Happy with the couch quality so far.I did find a print out in one of the boxes that makes it look like the couch we were delivered is a display unit. Picture attached. Which is of concern as we paid the price for a brand new one, along with having to wait so long.I called up customer service (which country it's in I'm not sure) and logged a case. A week or so later was given a poor response that these print outs are put on the boxes to stop the couriers from sitting on the box. Smells like horse extrement to me... I found the print out inside the box as if it had been packed up with the couch. It hadn't been stuck to anything on the outside of the box.So, either they don't know why it was there and have made up a false story. Or the couch was a display unit and they are trying to cover it up. Disappointing either way.I've spoken to people on the phone and sent multiple emails regarding the matter and all I got was the fabricated story.I'm a big fan of honesty so I won't be back to Nick Scali and I will be letting friends and family know the story.

Terrible company to deal with. Both items we purchased broke and when we asked for a replacement or refund they messed us around so much that it took almost a year to get a refund for one item that was proven to be completely broken.Second item broke later ( crack down the product) and they said we could refund but they had to pick it up. They wouldnt allow us to drop it off but said they had to pick it up - we kept booking in appointments but they would send us phone rescheduled times without asking us first and also at times we were not home. We even received random calls from drivers saying they had a replacement for us and they were heading to ours and we had no appointments booked at all.They have zero respect for our time and will do anything to avoid giving a refund.Products are of less quality and I cant believe they get away with the way they handle refunds.

Do not trust what the sales people tell you in this store, on the 25th of August 2022, we bought a Julio lounge and added two batteries with the lounge which we were assured that these would be packaged with the lounge.We were told that the lounge would take approximately 20 weeks to be delivered to us. We were contacted in November of 2022 to inform us of the lounge being ready for delivery and were rudely told that if we didn't accept the delivery that we would lose our deposit (?), mind you we had paid for the item in full.We kept the lounge in the sealed boxes until today when we opened the boxes in our new house to find that the batteries were not provided.We contacted the customer service line and were told that because the lounge had been delivered on the 11th of November 2022, that we were declined and not eligible to be offered the batteries that we had paid for up front. Please be very careful with this company as they are not honest and have no accountability for their mistakes. We will no longer be buying furniture from this company and would definitely recommend anyone who has the intention of buying goods from them to get the salesperson to put everything in writing and clearly explain everything. BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE COMMITTING TO THESE PEOPLE.

Nick Scali continue to do nothing to resolve the issues I had with delivery. They just hand ball the problem around from one department to another. Absolute joke of a business. No respect or care for customers.Nick Scali don't allow pick ups from their warehouse. The only option is delivery which they charge a high price for. They have a very limited window of options for delivery times and are not one bit flexible. The delivery guys left a mess, the whole kitchen was piled up with packaging with bits of it scattered all throughout the house. The rest they left out the front of the house in a heap, lucky it wasn't windy or it would have blown everywhere. They also trampled through my garden damaging plants and shrubs. Absolute zero respect for my home On top of all this they did a bad job assembling the furniture. Never again will I purchase anything from Nick Scali.
