Went to buy a thick shake, drove out my way a few kilometres and was told that unfortunately they could do any shakes, one morning a few weeks back we waited 20 minutes for our breakfast order because they had no milk. The management at this location keeps getting worse, two years ago it was good but rubbish now.

I could see the burger maker the entire time. He could have made my burger at any moment, I was the only person waiting for food inside, but for some strange reason he didn’t make it until asked by the person bagging up. This process “waiting to be asked process took over 5 mins” Chips were overcooked and stale somehow at the same time. Burger was fine. Nothing great. I don’t understand why my food didn’t get made until that moment. Tables needed cleaning. Bins over-full and not sure why because business was slow.

must be the best food ever made in Bundaberg some young chap out the back was super cheerful and extremally happy to make me a fresh burger. if you ever go in here make sure to get a feed when there is a boy named Jacob on shift!

Went in to order at 9:50 when you shut at 10 the manager on the 30/12 said she’d already cleaned so “unfortunately” a number of menu items aren’t available, simply because they want to finish early? Perhaps get a manager who’s capable of working the advertised hours. She advised we couldn’t even get cheeseburgers because of the amount of time it would take? It’s a fast food restaurant?….In the end we couldn’t even order.

Today I ordered two quarter pounder meals at the drive through. When I arrived at the beach 90 seconds later I was disappointed as the burgers were both only just warm, dry and rubbery, and the buns were stale. I won't be eating there again.

Chips were crusty and old, like they had been sitting in a tray for hours. Came in at 09.00 and ordered a big Mac meal. Don't do all day favourites if you can't keep up the quality. The person putting the chips in the cup could have clearly seen that they were old but zero F's given. Didn't go up and complain because my brother in law had already gone up twice to take his food back because they had stuffed up his order. I didn't want to come across as a winger.

Was extremely fast service in drive through - but I soon found out why! Cold fries, burger was cold and tough - looked nothing like the picture - actually was a disgrace. The coke was cold because it should be but the rest of the meal was only worthy for the bin.

so gross. my cheeseburger was disgusting, the cheese was old and stale, the 10:1 was old, at least 30 or more minutes (i work at mcdonalds) but at least my chicken n cheese was fresh (i waited ten minutes for everything without any notification saying they were holding on chicken :/) very disappointing…
