What a brilliant store. I have only recently discovered Voyager Interiors and will certainly become a regular customer. Staff were helpful, attentive and pleasant. I purchased a buffet and left the store very impressed.I was disappointed to find the buffet was damaged following delivery (I am pretty fussy) but I am thrilled to say Voyagers after sales service is professional, prompt and solution focused. My Buffet was replaced within the week and Fleur called to check I was happy with the new delivery. Thank you Voyager staff you are fantastic and I appreciate your superior level of service. Cannot speak highly enough of this store.

My husband and I went into the shop last weekend. Matt is so professional and patient with us trying to help us on a table and some chairs that we were interested in. He spent lots of time with us giving us advice and ideas.Unfortunately we did not end up with buying the table or the chairs, but we will definitely go back there as there are beautiful items in the shop, and most importantly, the friendly and very helpful staff working there.

Don't try and exchange or up purchase after you buy here...very patronizing, rude and frankly bullying manager. I have spent 10k over the last 12 months with this company, and about to spend another 20k decorating my home. I tried to exchange a piece that did not fit my house, but they wouldn't have a bar of it. Apparently they didn't like my tone!!! I think customer service should still exist especially when you are shelling out large amount of money. No wonder they are closing down their stores!I will happily take my business elsewhere.

Terrific staff, terrific furniture!Staff were very helpful from the beginning and went above and beyond what I was expecting.Whether it be from Larissa liaising with my building manager, to ensure the delivery went smoothly within my tight move in deadline. To the delivery guys Branko and Nick arranging and moving furniture upon delivery in an apartment full of boxes and clutter. All very much appreciated!!

Wonderful Customer Support.We had a paint issue with one of the legs on an upmarket dining table bought in 2014. Despite its 2 year warranty having expired, Voyager Interiors' Customer Support Manager has been super helpful. She negotiated a replacement table leg to be shipped out from the the manufacturer in Italy at no cost to us. She then arranged its transport to us on the Sunshine Coast and found a local tradesperson to effect the replacement of the problem leg. For a variety of reasons, arranging all this was not straight forward but Voyager Interiors perservered and went to a lot of trouble to help us when they really did not have to. A big thank you to Voyager and its wonderful Customer Support Manager.

We have been customers of Voyager for over 15 years, and every piece we have ever bought is of such great quality and timeless style - I love the fact that the Voyager range is quite original, and that you won't see the same pieces anywhere else....but their pieces are also fantastic value.We are based in Sydney, but the delivery and ordering process is painless. The staff are amazing, and their style advice is worth listening to - they take the time to understand what you need, but give great tips and service, and go far beyond the sale itself.Anyone in Sydney who is renovating, and is dreading the idea of Moore Park, or trying to find a park near Danks Street, go the Melbourne option - we love our furniture, and love shopping with Voyager.

Having recently carried out a significant renovation at our house we visited Voyager (amongst other places) to help us with our trophy" pieces - a family lounge suite and dining table and chairs. The customer service received there was impeccable. After being shown around by Simon (I think he is the owner) and working out what we liked he also organised a time to personally visit our house to give us some advice on what will work best in our space at home. We closed the deal there and then! You don't get that type of service from many other places and if you do you will be paying 3 times the price!!"
