Reception staff are efficient. Answer all my questions in friendly tone. Radiologists are knowledgeable and explain procedures well and accomodate people with even unusual or special disabilities and their carer. They also bulk bill tests and scans which is a bonus for us pensioners.

I was very disappointed from staff at modbury triangle benson radiology all the time I arrive before time and they keep waiting when they let another patients go before me , one time they forget me on a room for injection I wait for more than half an hour , when I opened the door there were staff sitting in other room laughing and drinking coffee The front desk staff are very rude and racist

I rang to get my 9 week old son in for a cranial ultrasound. The staff were unnecessarily rude telling me they couldn't get an appointment for a month because it's not urgent when I mentioned my clinical notes had urgent" the female staffs response was "doctors just say that to get you in quicker" The staffs response

If you need to get an MRI, X-ray or some other test this is a good place to go to for them, friendly staff and plenty of parking spaces.

I absolutely love the staff at thís branch. I have extensive experience booking in and getting my scans of all stripes here and I grate on all nerves alive near and far but these Ladies are so professional. Always a pleasure! Manage to always walk away reassured. Great job done too and thorough.

Had an MRI scan yesterday. I explained to staff that I was anxious about the procedure due to a previous claustrophobic experience. The radiologist and his assistant were patient and reassuring. They kept checking that I was comfortable and understood what was happening. In short, very professional. The admin staff were friendly and efficient. Congratulations to all staff for making me feel comfortable and exhibiting a high level of professionalism.

Have gone twice to this Benson's. Would not recommend this practice at christies beach.Have plantar fasciitis, was given a nerve block. The doctor hit a nerve. My whole left foot was burning. No sorry, nothing. I went there last Friday, Monday afternoon my left foot on left side burns as I stand up and walk. So I went to get rid of plantar fasciitis and came out with nerve damage. Not happy. Stay away from this clinic. Doctors need more education.
