Ht Nails & Spa

Nail techs made conversation with us, replicated the photos that we gave them, checked in with us if we were happy and did a great job! This is going to be my new nail salon. Just make sure you allow for a little extra time :)

Had a horrible experience at the ht nails- got my nails done Monday and I came home and noticed my nails were cracked and were stinging and my nails were bleeding and bruised. Went in to get them fixed and they barely fixed them and I went home and my nails were even worse

Very great work in here although they are always busy they always do an awesome job!!!!

Lissa and her team are such talented nail technicians. Lissa is so accommodating to fit everyone into their schedule. We had such a great girls day with my sister and nieces that I came back again and Lissa did such a fantastic job

love getting my pedicure here! the young guy does a really good job, i’ve had my nails done a couple of times the most recently she took a very long time i had no design only colour( i unfortunately didn’t have enough courage to ask why it is taking so long) it extremely hurt as she kept scraping my skin, it isn’t great that they change their price for different customers in front of the customers, i will be back but i would for them to be fair for everyone:)

I had an appointment booked for 12.30 and was barely acknowledged until I had waited an hour. They started working on my nails at 1.30, told me they didn’t have time to do the nail art I described when I called to make the appointment and did an extremely rushed job then proceeded to charge $60. They look absolutely horrible, the acrylic is all lumpy and they are shaped oddly with sharp bits. I do not recommend this place if you want an acrylic refill done.

Unfortunately a horrible experience here - my fiancé came back home in pain with multiple fingers bleeding and stinging in pain after having manicure from elsewhere removed here , cut several fingers and stung so much in the chemical to remove, kept it bleeding bled on tools, was worried about infection so she antiseptic creamed her fingers as soon as she got home and a few days after worried. Felt very rushed in there, nails weren't even cut shaped nicely came home had to cut some herself to fix, nails have still not recovered and it has been 3 month's I think they shaved too much off not sure exactly but nails looked atrocious afterwards and still not right, having to use nail healing serums. Quite distressing as her nails before were so lovely and getting married in a few month's.

Pretty average job, nails uneven textures, shape a bit crooked. Extremely rushed, fingers still covered in glue when I left, never happened in my life at any other salon out of probably 15 different salons around Melbourne I've ever been too in the last 8 years to still have glue/adhesive on my fingers even after washing my hands. It was embarrassing because I'm sure the person next to me saw as well.

Long visit today due to the number of clients bit very happy with my nails. Lisa always does a great job.

I love this place. When I see the owner she comes and gives me and my daughter a hug. Such a lovely place to get mine and all my daughters nails done. With great prices
