The rich guy that owns the caravan park needs to do a lot of repairs and upgrades to place

Great place u can order food or allways good hot box food . Petrol. As well as accommodation table and chairs inside the best cups of tea.

I love the atmosphere here, the people and the manager are absolutely lovely people and great affordable rentals nice pool, truck stop servo, close to the willowbank car tracks

Easy to find decently priced and quiet.

Situated off the Cunningham Hwy behind the old Matilda Petrol Station, (now Amberley United).The Amberley Caravan Park is only a 5mins drive from Yamanto Shopping Village.Amberley Caravan Park is ideal for temporary residency or long term if you wished.All sites have a minimal stay of 3 months and follows Park standards & Residential Tenancy Agreement's for tenant & owner Rights.What I have enjoyed about Amberley Caravan Park since being a tenant since I October 2018 -The Managers (Gary & Sharon) are very lovely people who also offer great advice, local updates & a friendly wave & chat.The shared parks swimming pool, it has been a very good treat for those really hot afternoons just to help cool down.The bus service operations right outside the front so no worries if you haven't got transport. Many buses stop during the day.Amberley United have cold drinks, hot drinks & take away food that is at responsible prices.*Willowbank Raceway is only 5 mins up the road in the Warrick direction, for all your drag, bikes & modified high speed rev heads.

Poor management, frequently lost" rent payments

This is a nice and quiet family orientated place to live

What is not to love about this place??? Great neighbours, (mostly) Best and friendliest landlady/landlord as well as hard workers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with... Great atmosphere quiet, peaceful, private.... I for one love living here....
