Pandora Cairns Central

Excellent service from the manager and staff of Pandora Cairns Central. My original snake bracelet broke and was replaced without question and all the charms polished....looks brand new. I am very happy, thank you Pandora.

Newly renovated store- see updated photo. Very pretty!This Pandora is located inside Cairns Central Shopping Centre, at the Myer end. The shop itself is quite small but they have a fairly wide range. The store can get busy, especially around peak times like Valentine's, Mothers Day and Christmas. Having said that, I have never had to wait for too long to be served. Store assistants are friendly and knowledgeable about the products, so they can offer advice and assistance. I like the way they ask what price range you are looking at, so you don't feel pressured to spend more than you can afford. The presentation of the product is also lovely and makes it very easy when buying a gift as you don't need additional wrapping. I have shopped here several times and will do so again.

The start was okay. The male owner greeted and talked to me like how are you. When I entered the store, all the employees here looked like junior staff. I didn't care tho if they were trying to save their money because it was a public holiday.The problem happened when we were looking at the ring. When I still think of this moment, I feel creepy and unpleasant. The staff showed us the ring stand, and one of the rings my friend chose was empty. We tried this and that rings without much thought. Suddenly, your staff asked if we saw the empty ring. More than 3 times! I was about to feel worse, but I saw the employee say something to a middle-aged woman who looked like a boss. She looked around, pointed to the ring I bought and wore on Black Friday, and asked if it was this. You guys should have stopped here!! Until we pay, the middle-aged woman wanted to see our bags, and as she wished, we showed them. I opened my pants pocket and all the things I shopped for that day. The problem is this. She didn't say anything sorry, and she responded with an expressionless face. She should have said sorry to me before looking inside my bag. And she should have said sorry even after you saw my pants pocket. She just repeated not to be upset that this is just a procedure. If we're suspicious like that, why didn't she check the cctv I'm really curious. She didn't even answer me that I ask her to watch CCTV.I feel every time I come here, I think this middle-aged woman is the worst sales person I've ever seen. If you're going to respond to customers like that, don't come to the store. Junior staff would be better than you. I will contact Pandora headquarters on this matter. Of course, I know well that the headquarters won't do anything to your branch, but I'll do everything I can. I had a very bad experience on such a great day. So, did you find the empty ring??

We had a wonderful experience with the lovely ladies at the cairns Pandora store. Our daughter become very emotional and overwhelmed when purchasing a ring and a charm for her. Ladies your service was exceptional. Both my husband and I were very impressed with your lovely gift as we were walking out of your store.

I had received a lovely ring from my children for Mother’s Day it was thoughtful and the first really independent gift they have gotten me- sadly the ring didn’t fit so I couldn’t wear it. When I returned- in original package with receipt upon my next visit to cairns 2 hours from home. They examined and accused me of wearing it as it wasn’t as shined as the one in stock. The manager examined and looked disgusted at it and without any greeting or event looking at me- simply said did you get it here? I said no my children bought it for me for mother’s day. I felt like rubbish what was a lovely gift and I had been waiting to get to cairns to change over to wear was tarnished by this service the accusation and feeling like they didn’t want to change it over left me very disappointed. I love pandora products but will be in no rush to return. In the end it was exchanged begrudgingly no offer to try the new one on just like take it and get out. I don’t normally review anything but it was very poor service.

I took my bracelet and earrings back to Pandora Cairns Central today wondering if they they could repair as only had for 12 mths and a charm had tarnished and one earring broke. Without question they replaced them! Was not expecting that. Thank you so much! Great customer service

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I got a limited edition bracelet for my Daughter and partner and also purchased a lot of other gifts for my partner. Earnings, necklace, a ring and three charms.The girl that served my Daughter and I suggested a bracelete size to small and once I took it back to exchange it I was told it was out side the return time.It was never worn.We were unable to return it sooner as we had to go to Sydney for the funeral of my father in law just after Christmas. I mentioned this to no effect. They simply don't care at all about customer service or repeat business. I spent a lot in the Cairns store. Never again.SHOP ONLINE IT IS MUCH CHEAPER.

I received a braclet as a gift from my mother to carry a bead with my fathers ashes, unfortunately the braclet was too small. I was not asking for a refund only an exchange. This was not going to happen with sales assistants asking for receipts and they also couldn't do anything unless it was bought in December. Bar humbug Pandora.

What is not to love about going into a Pandora store!The difference between the stores is always: the staff, their customer service and attitude.The staff in the Cairns store were very helpful.I was assisted by ALICE. She was excellent. Great product knowledge, happy and did not have a pushy attitude.She was very professional when I explained that the charm I purchased was going to go on my gold moment's bracelet in memory of my beautiful daughter who was killed in a car crash 7 months ago..
