Outstanding service by all the Team at Mazda. Dropped my car off for a Service. Rhiannon was very helpful and let me know they could pick me up from home upon completion if it was raining. Then upon my return she directed me to their lovely new area that provided a selection of beverages, biscuits etc. then to top off the experience Steve washed my car. Q: What more could you want?? A: Nothing :)))

A big thank you to Mazda Bathurst, Steve (Service Manager), and Cassandra for their decency in dealing with a very disappointing situation from a SA dealership.At no charge to us Bathurst Mazda provided 4 brand new replacement tyres and we paid the strip, fit and balance on them. We are grateful for all the trouble Steve went to in obtaining measurements and pics to sort this debacle out. It was thanks to Cassandra we are now able to move forward.Thank you again Mazda Bathurst who treated us with decency and respect and a solution.
