Inspire Transport was a perfect for our group while in Sydney.They were very affordable and accommodated to all of our needs. The drivers were nice and gave great advice on what to do around the area. I look forward to using your services again for my next visit!

I would totally recommend Inspire Transport to big groups coming back from a night out in the city especially if you dont want the responsibility of driving.Inspire transport responded right away especially being very last minute. They are affordable, on time and catered for all hours of the night and morning. Travelling out from the western suburbs it is chaos.Don was our driver, he was great, on time, flexible and absolutely competent at his job when it came to navigating around the busy city.Don made our trip stress free and the night successful.Thank you inspire transport and thank you Don.

I wish I could rate with a 0!Can not be more disgusted with your service! I booked transport for our wedding day weeks prior advising pick up location and time required. At the requested time I had my entire family and bridal party waiting outside in a carpark to have my husband rudely spoken to by the driver as if it was our fault he wasnt there! Driver arrived half an hour late after several follow up calls not even knowing if he was coming! That in itself was the beginning of it.After finally arriving there was no apology for the delay. We re organized the plan and had our wedding guests take some of the bridal party to the location to avoid further hold ups. The driver had no idea he had to take family back.. But did so begrudgingly.. At 5.30pm whilst my new husband and I were having our photos done in which we had paid thousands of dollars to photographers to have done and had been started half hour late already. Your driver proceeded to walk up ranting at us that we had to leave! And we were told we had 5 minutes or he was leaving without us.To have a driver abuse, threaten or disrespect any client like yours did on what was meant to be the happiest day of my life! You ruined what was an important part of our day.The job booking form clearly stated 2 hours quoted yet we only were offered 1 hour. I emailed 2 days after the above and was completely ignored! AVOID THIS COMPANY

WORST EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE EVERMy company organised a bus to take 10 people to the races at Randwick on Melbourne Cup day. The driver “Hamid” called me at 730pm the night before to ask me what time and where to pick us up - all of which was on the booking.He arrived, we put the eskis with food and drinks on the bus and off we went. His driving was terrible and terrifying to say the least. All over the toad, swerving and erratic. He missed our turn off and had to detour for ages. When we finally got to the races he tells us the eskis have to get off the bus and go with us and then laughs at us while he unloads them on the road and quickly drives off.I call their office and speak with Ali the operations controller who was rude and told me I shouldn’t assume the eski could stay to which I stated - why didn’t he tell us that in Newcastle and not Sydney.The trip home was no better with freezing air con on high and a request for the radio to be on meant a static station blaring as loud as it could go. All the while the driver texted on his phone.Absolute worst service. Don’t ever use this company no matter what the price is. They weren’t even cheaper than other, much more reliable companies.

Do not book with this Company. You cannot telephone them to help you or explain or organise anything, very dodgy. (no names are given in emails) My young daughter did not realise (immature unfortunately) that when she pushed confirm booking that it actually went through with the booking, she was just trying to get a quote. When she realised she was up for $990 she pushed cancel within 24 hours, as there is no way she could afford that. Yes they gave her a discount on the cancellation fee after threatening debt collecting agency, so we reluctantly paid the $100.00. Their reasoning for us to pay this money is that the driver needs to feed his family and children. I am glad they will not go hungry now. All this by emails and no communications by phone. Be very careful. My daughter also should have read the reviews on this page prior to doing anything. She will learn a very valuable lesson. Yes she may have been in the wrong, business is business they say. be careful.

DO NOT BOOK WITH INSPIRE TRANSPORT!!!They offer a cheap price to start with but will continue to try and add on other charges closer to the date! We booked with Inspire to transport our guests to and from our wedding and they caused us nothing but stress. They are friendly and helpful until you pay the invoice and then they stop answering calls and emails! I called at least 25 times in one day, just days before our wedding because I desperately needed information that I had been asking for from them for weeks and they never answered. It wasn't until I emailed saying I would have to come down to their head office to speak to someone, that they replied to an email.MOST DEFINITELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!Out of all the stresses involved in wedding planning, this was by far the worst!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Trash company. They never and I mean never answer the phones. The bus driver refused to meet at the pick up point which we paid for. They dropped my oldies who were on the bus for my wedding 500m away from the drop off point which was clearly stated and confirmed on a dirt road whilst it was raining and extremely windy. Had to end up delaying the wedding by over 40m , lost out on photos and had to pay the celebrant more. We had to do multiple shuttles down the dirt road whilst our wedding was supposwd to be already started. We also had to shuttle them back to the bus after the ceremony. Tnhe offer no compensation o the than a 20% off next booking (as if I would go with them again), Im in the process taking them to court, msg me of you want further details on why not to book with this scamming company. I'm happy to direct you other companies. Can't wait to look who ever rocks up in court in the eye and meet them fave to face. Seriously if you value your sanity do not book with these jokers.

Fantastic service! We booked with Inspire Transport at the last minute, for a weekend trip from Sydney to Albury. Our driver was very professional, friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Would definitely use again!

We decided to book Inspire Transport minivan for our wedding day and it was the worst decision we ever made.We booked them 2 months before our wedding through their online form on website, explaining that there would be a stop on the way for photographs, they said all good and we paid.Two days before the wedding day, Inspire Transport emailed us saying that we needed to pay an extra $240 for the additional stop, alternatively we could cancel which incurs a 100% fee! So we would lose all our money. After a lot of arguing via email (they never answer the customer service number) we decided to pay as it was too much stress for us so close to the wedding day.One day before the wedding, they emailed us saying that we needed to pay another $80 because they didn't understand that we required the driver to drive for the full duration?! We booked explicitly for those times, what else would the driver do?!Again one day before the wedding, what can we do?!It's a disgusting service and customer service, putting people under pressure 2 days before wedding days where you have no power as cancelling would incur a 100% fee.Will never ever book anything with them and would highly discourage anyone to do so, except if you want to be robbed. Customer service inexistent, using smileys in emails every time they ask you for more money.AVOID AT ALL COST

I wish I'd read the reviews before hand. Anyone giving this company 5 stars is clearly working for them.Terrible service, rude driver who drove down a dual carriage way IN THE WRONG DIRECTION...Was incredibly aggressive towards my girlfriend and then the head office had the nerve to charge us $150 to clean" the bus because there was some water on the floor.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.*** - in reply to below: That is 100% not the case. The entire bus was asleep for 90% of the journey. All "rubbish" that you claim to be everywhere
