Visiting here for medicare and centrelink issues this morning. Clearly, only one person who can manage medicare issue in this office so waiting time was ridiculously (long nearly twice longer than others). Waiting nearly two hours for name change and medicare updates were absolutely terrible experience.

Inhumane! Suffered a CVA, three craniotomies and you apply for assistance and get left waiting with no money or food. The phone number is always engaged and nothing happens with my claim on line. I gave up waiting for any help from these useless bastards.

I would say this one is way better then the Margate one . The ones there are plain nasty and rude and need to go retrain. .

Waited over 30mins for a Medicare reimbursement. Could not be resolved online so had to come in. Don't waste your time if you can avoid it.

Staff were excellent and knew what to do and get it right first time. That hasn't been my experience at some other Centrelink offices. Helpful to people as I observed while waiting to be served. Worth the extra travel time for me to visit this office.

I went there yesterday to get some assistance in my my gov account. Excellent service by Adele! She was very pleasant and patient to assist me yesterday afternoon. She promised to follow up today with the details that I needed since the system was slow and delivered her promise this morning! Great job,Adele and thank you so much! You rock!

I visit twice in the last week. Every time a different aboriginal woman employee help me with my paperwork. I been dealing with Centrelink since my daughter born 12 years ago, this week I have the best customer service ever. They help, give me new information I didn't know about and I left with a smile each time.
