Absolutely AMAZING sewing machine service business and Gareth is fantastic and is so competent and knowledgeable about all sewing machines - even my 70 + year old Singer 319K - I have finally, after many years of searching, found a fantastic sewing machine mechanic - I cannot recommend this business and Gareth more highly.

Now I know, & appreaciate, why there is a waiting list for servicing here!!After the 8 weeks waiting list was up my two older Janomes (Old Jan & New Old Jan) had their turn in at the workshop & I couldn't be happier. They are both running like dream machines & one even has a shiny new foot controller - & back with me in 4 days! Stellar!The waitlist system is a brilliant concept, meaning minimum time without your machines & the online booking is easy. Everything about Gareth & the team at Sewmasters is efficient & friendly. Thank you so much!

I recently had my Bernina serviced at SewMasters, they have done an amazing job, Bernina are very good and fixed part under warranty, when warranty had run out, thank you my machine is like new again.Again I have been to Gareth, with a silly mistake I have made, instead of using my Bernina screen pen I used my finger and accidentally touched the punch plate, threader didn’t work because you don’t have cotton and cutter didn’t work because you don’t have cotton and on the screen was a cotton reel with a huge X. Well that was a learning curve.

Booked to service machine online, gave me options of which days to pick, got confirmation straight away and then follow up prior to bringing machine in. Staff were great on estimate time of repair. Got a quick turnaround and the machine is like new (Brother over 20 yrs old), will recommend this place for service and also all sewing needs.

I was delighted with the service of my Husqvarna overlocker. It was well overdue for a service and I was expecting the price to be very high However, I was pleasantly surprised The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They even carried it to the car for me as it is quite heavy. The overlooker now runs like a dream ....a perfect service....thank you..

My Machine was serviced by Sewmasters a little while ago but because of a few hospital stays since I was unable to write this review. I would like to thank Gareth and the team for a fantastic job that was done on my machine. Any problems I was having with my Embroidery/sewing machine were fixed and it now works like a dream. Awesome work, thanks guys. First class service.
