We chose the Epoxy Flake Floor in Shoreline micro and couldn't be happier. It has exceeded our expectations for colour and finish. It's a much softer , neutral colour than it appears on screen. Our man cave looks amazing. The guys were punctual, professional, neat and cleaned up afterwards. Basil and Caroline were great to deal with and kept us in the loop. I would highly recommend this company and product and would use them again.

We had our floors done with Urban Floors, throughout the entire house - we chose their Polished Pewter finish and it looks AMAZING! They came highly recommended by our builder, and made it easy from the start, responding quickly to emails and phone calls. Basil explained the process and difference between all the finishes before we chose one and set our mind at ease. Their tradies were respectful, professional and reliable and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Extremely happy with the finished product for the garage of our new home. The team were polite and professional. The showroom is worth a visit too as there are many options not seen online. The buildet was so impressed by the result he's going to get it done on his own garage. Basil was super helpful too.

I don't usually write reviews though with the service provided by Urban Floors I feel compelled to do so. From the moment we called them they were responsive, provided honest feedback on an issue we had with our floors and then recommendations on what to do about it. The quote was prompt, the booking of the job was well coordinated, clear instruction of what we needed to do prior to them turning up and then the job started. I couldn't speak more highly of the installation team who were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, provided updates and answered my questions. The attention to detail that the team put in to the job blew me away and the finish is better than we expected. If you are looking at a flooring company to work at your property I couldn't recommend more highly than using Urban Floors. Urban Floors recently completed polishing our concrete floor as part of a (residential) room renovation, covering a large area measuring 57sqm. The quotation process was quick and easy. Basil visited the site to inspect the condition of the floor which required the work and quickly provided a fixed quotation.As we were anxious to get the project started quickly, Urban Floors came out the very next week to begin the work following my verbal acceptance and deposit payment.I cannot offer sufficient praise for Urban Floors, as they performed this job in the time-frame they promised and their staff communicated with us every day and were very professional in every sense.We loved Urban's Showroom floor, and decided to duplicate this colour in our project too.
