Andrew was a superstar - arrived on time (same day as call) with good communication before hand, and worked his hardest to fix a difficult problem that two other plumbers could not and would not fix. One rubbish plumber even said they would have to smash the toilet (and all associated other damage - tiling etc. would need to be redone), to do a fix. Nonetheless Andrew got it sorted without any damage whatsoever. Highly recommended for unblocking drains where a normal 'plumber' typically won't cut it.

Andrew came to our house bang on the scheduled time, 4.00pm, after I had phoned him with an urgent job request at 11am that same day.Our toilets were not flushing and all of the drains were not working properly. Putting the washing machine on was not possible because of gurgling in every drain and the two toilets. We had a big problem to fix!Andrew has all the right equipment for all blockages. He soon found out that our drains were literally jammed with tree roots and that his water based cleaner wasn’t going to do the job. He got his blade drain clearing machine out of his truck and worked with that for over a half an hour until a big cheer could be heard. Bingo! He’d captured and freed the whole root (over two metres long) with an attached hook.I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and of course he cleared our drain which was a big job on the same day I phoned him. A great result.I would recommend Andrew to anyone who has drain problems.
