Thanks for sorting out the problem guys, however quite unprofessional venting all the your dirty laundry to the public like this. We did, as we agreed, amend the original 1 star google review after our bad experience, which was in fact a fair and honest review, but also generic and non-personal (this position is reaffirmed by your detailed response which outlines errors made in your internal company communications). Looking at your response after our amended review, maybe the original 1 star review should remain?
