I purchased the Elly 3 seater here, the service from Jacinta was fantastic. When the sofa arrived, i noticed one of the stoppers on the bottom of a leg had broken in transit. I messaged OB late Friday night expecting to hear back in a week or 2 like the large furniture stores. Saturday morning Tony from OB calls, sorts it out and replacement part arrives promptly.I will shop with OB again for sure, great after sales service and beautiful products.

While the store has beautiful things, and is arranged in a lovely way-be sure to take plenty of cash, if there's something you have had your eye on-as they are not cheap.But pretty things for the home of those with the pennies

I was excited to check out this store, but unfortunately, once I did, I was left browsing for 5 minutes and completely ignored by staff. It was a bit like a scene with Trude & Prue from Kath & Kim.Happy to take my money elsewhere.
