I went to the shop to match paint after a failed attempt at Bunnings. The staff were really friendly and helpful and did a really good job matching the paint. The guy spent considerable time making sure it was the right color and to my surprise didn't charge anything. If you need anything paint related, this is the place. I highly recommend it.

I went into the Penrith store with only a vague idea about colour and quantity of paint I needed.The staff were extremely knowledgeable, personable and patient Spending the time to go through various colouring options that suited my colour palette. They provided advice on how best to move forward with my project.I very highly rate their exceptional level of customer service. The staff's product knowledge was also to a high standard and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to renovate.

Shaun the mgr was really helpful. Turned out I needed to try several samples to get the right colour. Shaun was very considerate and nothing was a problem. Won't go anywhere else for paint.

Awesome store will definitely be using inspiration paints even after covid is over. I restore furniture and just never knew about this place and the choices and friendly help is head and shoulders above some other bigger stores I'll not mention. Staff are super nice and friendly can't recommend enough. Just a note the actual store is about 100m up the road from the photo on Google that store is now some card shop or something haha.
