Stephen has been washing our dog, Oscar for over a year now. His service is excellent and I enjoy catching up for a chat each time he comes by - not to mention how excited Oscar is to see him! I would highly recommend Splash Hounds to anyone looking for a dog wash with good old fashioned service.

Stephen is always friendly and has a genuine care and love for dogs. Chisel loves his bath time and it's always a pleasure to have Stephen wash him (he always ends up smelling so nice too!!). I have used other dog wash companies in the past (with previous dogs) and I can confidently recommend Splash Hounds to anyone needing a quality dog wash service. Save yourself the money and go to a DIY. Don't know where all these 5 star reviews are from.Was very disappointing experience. He just drowns them for 4 minutes isn't carefull around their ears, doesn't even scrub behind ears or under their pits.Didn't even inspect their claws or offer a treat afterwards.I'm about to take them to a DIY now to properly wash them. Stephen has been washing my gorgeous boxer for nearly 3 years now (since she was a pup) and we have been so very impressed with everything that Splash Hounds offers. Stephen has a genuine and caring nature towards animals and because of this my dog has learnt to trust and enjoy her wash every fortnight.Stephen has always been highly professional, punctual and reliable and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Splash Hounds to anyone!

We used Stephen's dog wash service about 10 years ago for our old dog. When we got a new dog a couple of years ago, I was delighted to learn he was still in business. It's no surprise Stephen's been going for so long. He offers a reliable and friendly service - the dog hops in the tub without much fuss which has got to be a good sign! Highly recommended.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Stephen at Splash Hounds. He is fast, thorough and efficient when cleaning my dog Oscar. Oscar is always well cleaned and well dried considering he has very long hair. I like the fact I get a reminder the day before my dog is due to be washed and Stephen is happy to use shampoo and conditioner provided by Oscar's vet. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone.

I was really looking forward to this visit because of all the great reviews, however Stephen was over an hour late without warning. When he arrived my dog got a 4 min wash and a minimal towel dry. My dogs nails are touching the ground and when asked to cut his nails Stephen said that they were “perfect”.My poor dog dried himself on the brick wall outside my house while Stephen said “they do this all the time”.And to make things worse, my dog did not receive his doggy biscuit upon completion.

We have been using Stephen’s dog washing service for about 6 months. We have a 7 year old Kelpie. Stephen’s service is second to none. Timely and professional, i would highly recommend trying out his service if you are on the fence and you wont be disappointed. We have a regularly 4 weekly appointment, now our dog never misses that over due dog wash!!

Stephen has been washing our family dogs for about three years now, our first experience with Stephen was with our boxer who suffered from rashes and had previously had problems with dog washing, Stephen took the time to listen to her needs and use top class products to ensure Marley never had any further problems and she didn't!Stephen is a genuine dog lover, who enjoys his work and always comes across in a professional, warm manner and is very personable.He goes out of his way to ensure that our boy Holden is always washed on time every fortnight, Holden enjoys his bath time and is always excited to see Stephen for his treat!We can not recommend Stephen highly enough, if your dog is in need of washing then Splash Hounds is certainly the right business!
