Charged me $120 for a quote that was $1200 more than 2 other local stores for exactly the same system. Same pump and everything. Same warranty periods etc… They were the only ones that charged me just to come take a look. Yes they take it off the bill at the end. Would still be over a thousand dollars more than the next nearest quote I received.

As a property owner, I have been very disappointed. Living out of the city I rely on the honesty of businesses to service my property. However, they blatantly charged me for the replacement of property that was not faulty (pool scoop). Upon returning, I had to place both pool scoops side by side and send photos to show there was no issue. So their honesty as a business really needs to be questioned. In another instance, they've completely not clearly communicated the work that needs to be done. I'll be looking elsewhere now.

Absolutely useless. Waited all day for the technician to come round. Contacted Poolwerx at 4.30pm to be advised that he had cancelled as had run out of time - no advise received and no apology. Attempted to make a new booking and was told I’d be called back which I never was. On calling was told I’d have to wait for a cancellation. Awful customer service. Avoid these guys.
