Amazing experience with G brothers In Monavale. After dealing with another horrible dealership. I approached Mitch via instagram after his videos caught my eye. Mitch helped me secure the car i was after the day I contacted him and did it so seamlessly. Mitch has been nothing but amazing through out the whole process with my questions before, during and after the buying process. I Had the worst experience ever in my lifeRex was so unprofessional and disrespectful.He made the purchase process difficult, complicated and confusing. Also gave me the undermined treatment during the purchase process and at a point mentioned he will cancel the transaction because I asked for further clarification and explanation to options in the purchase process.I recommend you do not deal with Rex as he does not understand the basic customer relationship, quick to undermine customer rather than provide options to select from.I was charged two times for the initial deposit and incurred a refundable fee that is yet to be refunded. When I escalated the issue to Rex he replied that he has the right to the charges and did not provide further assistance.Jacob was amazing and because of him I went ahead to purchase the car.

Great local Mercedes dealership with fantastic range of cars to choose from at very competitive prices and very easy, enjoyable purchase experience, but most importantly - The Service Team at G Brothers is amazing. This is already my second year and the customer service representative looking after me is Vince - very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and professional - explained things to me clearly - during today’s service a puncture was found in one of my tyres by service team and repaired at no coast to me!!! Thank you!!! Very much appreciated - I feel looked after and cared for, feel safe - that is very important for women drivers such as myself. Exceptional customer service and positive experience all the way from the very moment I purchased my beautiful car till now- Highly recommended.

I had an issue with my service on my AMG GT 63S. I detailed it in the customer survey. Had G Brothers ring me immediately. Made an appointment to send driver to western suburbs, pick up my car, drop off loan car and took my car back to Mona Vale to correct the issue.Excellent customer service and I really appreciate the follow up support. Businesses dont always get things right but should be measured on how they correct them and in this instance G Brothers was first class.
