Took my brand new 12volt fridge into kilby's Cowra for a regass they had the fridge running for three days before overloading the compressor causing it to blow (which voids the warranty) I had to pay for the time they spent working on it and picked up the fridge more damaged than what it was ,kilbys took no responsibility for the damages incurred while the fridge was in their possession.

Great people to deal with. My mother has dealt with them for many years. Nothing is a trouble to them. Every year she gets them to check chimney and a general safety check. Mum recently purchased a new wood heater from them.
