Great range of clothing and also friendly staff. Especially the short girl with dark hair. She made me feel really special.

Pretty ordinary shop, came in wanting a couple of items, the girl behind the counter looked me up and down as if I didn’t belong in the shop, I ask where what I was after was, it seemed an effort for her to tell me, they didn’t have either of the sizes I was after. When I started to browse other items I could see I was being watched closely, that made me decide that was enough for me to leave, a pity as I had several presents to buy and my husband was keen to come in and get some new gear, I told him not to bother, will just save our $ for when we get down the coast further. Save your judgment love, you have no idea!

Really great surf shop. Good vibes! Sam is so friendly and knowledgeable. Discounts are also available for locals which is awesome!

On holidays in lovely St. Helens. Wanting to support a local business. Was greeted with a hostile manner by the store assistants - made to feel very unwelcome and judged. Very rude service. Needless to say we won’t be back.

Best place to grab clothes from locally. Staff members are always up for a chat and will help you find what you need. Good range of brands and sizes etc. love shopping here :)

Lovely staff. Very helpful when I couldn't find my size in a sweater and suggested alternatives. I didn't end up finding what I was after but there were lots of other cute clothes !! Will definitely return if I'm down this way again.

One star is too generous for this shop, late opening, 9.30 on the door, no-one there but i really wanted a new pair of jeans so I returned 10mins later.......the person who served" me was sooooooo rude it is unfathomable how this store ever makes a sale. I was prepared to buy an entire new outfit but left with nothing but a bad taste in my mouth."

Great little surf shop! Can’t really complain, staff where friendly and the shop had. Great range of clothing and other accessories! The only thing that I found annoying was the staff talking loudly about their personal lives! Other than that i had a great experience:)

The worst customer experience, especially for tourists. I bought a boardshort and one of the the element went off 1 hour after wearing it. I took it back asking to change it. The manager refused and fixed the element (a rivet) with her bare hands saying it was fixed. I told her that i still wanted a new pair a shorts as a rivet should be placed using a machine and that i won't be able to come back agsin as i was just in town for 1 day. She refused so i had no choice than accepting it as it is ( she told me it was the law). With no surprise, the rivet went off again and now i can't go back as i am too far away. Really bad experience, especially as she could have given me a new one and send the other one back to the brand (Vissla). Avoid that shop.
