Robert was totally professional,went out of his way to obtain part which was incorrectly listed and given to me by Subaru at time of vehicle Servicing .However,as it turned out the 2012 Rear Vision Camera on Outback had the same part number for original & superseded part but they didn't compliment each other and only discovered when Subaru tried to install.Sent photo to Robert of the correct connection ( after Subaru extracted from my vehicle) and after extracting from 3 odd (maybe more) vehicles and without fanfare the correct part turned up on my doorstep the following morning.Just had installed by Subaru this morning and works like a dream for a 10 year old part,much better than I expected.Can't praise Robert & SGS enough,fabulous service.Give them a go,you won't be sorry.They'll go out of there way to achieve anything within their power.Michael

I've been ringing around lots of auto wrecking yards trying to get 2nd hand parts for my car, SGS Auto parts was the only place. That responded,f that friendly and helpful staff even though they couldn't help me with the parts I needed this time they will be the first place I contact in the future.

I was really disappointed by the service given by this auto-parts. I bought a gear box on November 2022 and later after 2 months it gave me problem , I did claim my 6 months warranty provided by the SGS company . At beginning they told me they had to change the gearbox and said will be ready in 2 days . Today is 3rd march which is more than a month i haven't got my car back. Every time I called them regarding my car, they keep saying it will be done in next 2 days . At last their manager name louie called me on Friday 24th of feb and told me we are really sorry we will send back you car on Monday or Tuesday which is 27th feb and 28th feb .today is march 3rd and still haven't received any update from them . Its been a month I have been paying 600$ every week for my rental car because of this irresponsible company . Never ever recommending any one to buy anything from this auto-parts. They wasted my 1 month of time every day just to ask for my car update.

Dave at SGS is super easy to deal with. In and out in a matter of minutes. Will definitely buy from SGS again. More than reasonable prices and plenty of stock.

Helpful staff. Have to pay before spare part is seen, then upon inspection our particular item was less than satisfactory. However payment was credited without too much trouble.

Beware - This business is a complete scam!Called up for a gearbox and was assured that the model they had would fit my car. When my mechanic went to fit it he informed me that it's not compatible. Received a call from SGS that they would arrange for the gearbox to be picked up and I would receive a full refund. The gearbox was picked up the next day but I'm still waiting on my refund 3 weeks later! I've now been scammed out of $1000 dollars and have no gearbox.Called and emailed multiple times to be assured I would receive a call back and the refund would be processed soon but I'm always forgotten about. Unfortunately I think my only remaining options are a chargeback through my bank or legal proceedings.Pathetic excuse of a business. 1 star is too generous
