I decided to make the purchase on my own (after receiving some friendly guidance from my partner) and the team at KAVALRI were able to direct me to the perfect ring as soon as I walked into their showroom. The information they were able to provide me around the quality of diamond I was selecting was detailed and clear, which helped me select the right one and make the overall experience an enjoyable one. I was also impressed with their want to know about myself, my partner and our journey, while they were also very transparent regarding prices and helping me work within my budget. When it was time to collect the diamond engagement ring, they were extremely accommodating and worked around my busy work schedule. Mimi was excellent! As someone who is very new to the diamond world, she explained the 4cs, differences in lab grown vs natural mined all in simple and easy to understand terms. Given there were many diamonds and rings to choose from, Mimi was able to offer some suggestions based on the shape and size of my partners fingers, which made narrowing down the options significantly easier. She educated me on the ring settings and the claws, which I was unaware of before hand, and offered diamond suggestions based on the budget I had set. Mimi also provided explanations on the diamond suggestions such as elaborating further on the inclusions and how it will shine or the difference in measurements between diamonds as well. She even hand delivered it to my home given my busy work schedule. Overall, she exceeded expectations and went above and beyond.

Michelle was the one who assisted me throughout the whole process and she was amazing. She was patient and very informative. She even picked a stunning diamond that is within my budget. Overall the final ring was phenomenal and way above my expectations.I would highly recommend purchasing your ring here if you are thinking of proposing. Fantastic service from start to finish!My girlfriend and I weren’t particularly well-versed in ring selection etiquette and Mimi was exceptionally informative and patient with us the whole way through.She explained everything in detail from the cuts, stones and settings to how an engagement ring would look with a wedding band.She then let us select our diamond using a 100x magnification tool that was very cool, allowing us to spot any impurities and get a steal of a deal!The ring was ready for collection one week early and turned out exactly as we wanted. They also offered complimentary services post collection including resizing and cleaning.The people at Kavalri are professional and genuinely want you to be happy. Cannot recommend enough!
