My experience with the Humane clinic was the first time I felt validated and heard and was the start of my recovery. I will be eternally grateful for being made feel human again after my horrific experience with the mental health system

My experience with Matt and the Humane clinic has been one of the best decisions I have made in my mental health journey so far. Not only is Matt highly regarded and educated around all aspects of mental health and the system he is a compassionate and caring person who genuinely wants the best outcomes. This is the first time I have felt I can be completely open and honest and heard. I never feel judged and this clinic also offers various drop in sessions so you always have the option of extra support when you need it. Matt has helped me come to terms with my trauma and taught me many skills I will be able to utilise for the future. If the system has not been kind to you this is the place for you.
