I had a wonderful experience with Megan @Robina store. Very helpful, friendly and a sense of humour. In love with the oxo for my kitchen - Thank you for your help in the decision making process! Loved emptying your shelves and filling mine.

Staff r gr8 n cheerful, plenty to look at n buy

It's ok. Since Qld doesn't want people from NSW - I have no desire to go across the border to do any shopping in any Qld shopping centres - I would rather put my money into the northern rivers, of NSW,. economy.

Worst experience ever STAY AWAY!!!

Absolutely disgusting to the old lady that doesn’t know how to do her job, the store closes at 5:30pm that means you don’t refuse service till 5:30 pm to tell me no I can’t purchase one little item when there was 5 minutes left of trading is appalling. I would of been in and out before 5:30pm. I work in retail and if I did that I would get in trouble, honestly get with it !Makes me not want to buy here anymore.To say it’s bad customer service is an understatement, don’t waste your time and money here they don’t deserve your business.Shift worker - 5:25 pm on Monday the 29 th of November 2021

IT HAD WHAT I WANTED AND AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE

Dreadful or actually No Service from 3 staff members today, 26th November 2021.My Husband and myself were in the store at around 10:20am this morning.All 3 staff completely ignored us. We were looking at Laundry Baskets and Storage baskets. No one helped us get anything down off the high shelves. Luckily my husband is 6ft 4. The staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves, not work related and ordering coffee. When we went to walk out because I was so disgusted, and only then did one of the staff make a comment to me, like, Oh still looking, can't decide??????!!!!! That made me quite angry.We were going to head to Howards Storage at Bundall, but it was poring rain outside and I just said to my husband we'll reluctantly just buy from here and spent $116.85. Even then we had no help from any of the staff. We Will not shop in that store again. If I could give 0 Stars I would have.
