Hired a machine from Curtis at access hire,rep recommended machine that was delivered didnt work and was not fit for purpose, ended up having to getting better machine from another crew.plenty of other, better hire companies out there,stay away.

We hired the same lift through another hire company.They are now charging us for the 2 days and all the extra fees and have the nerve to charge us for a new lift $260.00 where we usually pay $180.00Utterly poor service and poor communication

Big shout out to Access Hire Australia, in particular Amanda. Has been so professional in assisting us with the hire of Scissor lifts for our job. Delivered to site on time as promised. Following day had to change order because of issues with site no fault of Access Hire. Arranged alternate Scissor lift to come out same day to enable boys to continue working on a public holiday to get job finished, saved our bacon big time. Thanks Richard.
