Be very careful when dealing with PietroTiling looked amazing from far until….. the shower grate was installed incorrectly, mismatching pattered tiles, lines not matching, tiles on an angle to “match” lines and incorrect colour grout usedWhile I had to wear a few things such as incorrect grout colour used and the fact that lines didn’t match so tiles were put out of level to match a line, there were a few things I couldn’t live withBoth shower bases were tiled incorrectly around the grate and had a large lip on it, they had to both be pulled up - person doing it was rough and cut through all the waterproofing and had holes in the wall which had to be repaired so I asked the individual to leave and not to return to my property (was the one was stuffed it originally)Screed was redone and was redone incorrectly. As I suspected the grate wouldn’t fit once waterproofed - I checked and it was water proofed anyway, tiler turned up and the grate didn’t fitScreed was half pulled up again, I asked Pietro to check before hand and he refused and said it would be right - Waterproofer come again and I noticed the grate is not centred to the shower - I gave up and said to waterproof anyway becuase I didn’t want it being pulled up for a 4th timeOnce the tiler turned up it was very evident that there was a major issue as the waterproofing was so thick he had to shave the back off a significant amount of tiles to try and get level with the rest of the bathroom and to have some fall on the showerIt looks great now, and If you didn’t know it was a complete stuff up underneath there wouldn’t be an issueBig trouble getting a waterproofing certificate from him, finally received one to which I had to call the Waterproofer to confirm it come fromHim and not altered by Pietro as it was still dated the same as the original one before the 2 x repairs were madeMy final straw with him was having 2 separate workers on the same day question why I wasn’t paying my bill as he had not paid them and said I hadn’t paid - one actually turned up on my door step frustrated and “just wanting to fix the issue” so he could be paid - well I had paid Pietro about 2 months ago when the job as initially completed before I noticed the errors as I was overseas at the timeVery very dishonest and aggressive man
