It’s almost been 3 weeks since I purchased the domain name. It hasn’t been added to my dashboard and I can’t access it. I have had a project completely halted from this. I’ve been calling both contact numbers multiple times daily, emailing support and even started messaging their facebook page…. Nothing!!!The answering machine say’s away at a conference but how could they leave the business for weeks without any support for consumers? Has it gone belly up?? Either way it’s completely unacceptable.All this and they charge a lot more than other providers.Very poor!

Prices are higher, worst terrible customer service I ever have experienced. No phone number to contact, I have called directly to the number from which I had received messages/ calls before for my web designing. Even that number always goes to the voice message and they never get back to you. Not recommended at all. Think twice before go ahead.
