Arrived within an hour as promised. Quickly diagnosed the issue (Which required towing). Helped me find an inexpensive tow truck operator and spoke with the workshop I was sending the vehicle to - in order to make sure they could begin the process of ordering parts to fix my work van as it was being delivered for repair. Highly recommended. Thanks again.

Don’t ever use this for Safety certificates as Dan from Elanora ripped me off. He found faults with one car and I was getting annoyed how petty he was so I told him to just write it as is. He made us both sign first and hand over money b4 looking at our cars. I did NOT ask him to write a DODGY REPORT like you said. . He decided to just take off and not write the report and after I told him Not to bother looking at the other car I want my money back for the 2nd one he DIDN’T. He did say he will give me half . I did NOT get any money back like you stated . Obviously he needs the money so maybe put his pay up. ANGRY CuSTOMER

I could not be happier. Alternator died in the car over the weekend, their quote was the best by more than $60. Due to work and the Comm Game Cycling I had to wait a couple of days but they could have done the works on the same day.Chad was my mobile mechanic today, he was friendly and very easy to talk to. Very thorough, very professional and I have found my new mechanic.

When I called to discuss get a price and arrange a date for a service, the operator was polite, friendly and super helpful - AND offered to beat any other price by 10%! Excellent experience - and I have no hesitation in recommending Auto King for their great customer service.

Car door wouldn't close properly. Had chad out the next day. Was here for more than 1 hour and needed to call around to find the part for my car and only charged $150. Extremely great customer service and just goes to show there are still good mechanics around. Highly recommend.

Don't use these guys coz they rip my girlfriend off Dan from elanora came to do her safety certificate didn't finish the job took off with both the girls money which he was meant tshe ask him to write certificate for the one car and took off with money andher never herd from them since never use them again
